In order for a previous year's application to roll over to this year, the previous year's username and password must be entered.

If you have already created a Local Sponsor Account, and have forgotten your password, please call or email the Office of Farmland Preservation and your password will be reset.

Local Sponsors – please remember to provide the individual(s) completing Steps 17 (Conservation Plan) and 18 (Soils) with the following information for your application.

• Farm ID
• Landowner last name
• Farm County (or primary county for application purposes if a multi-county farm)
• Farm Township
• Total number of acres available for agricultural use
